"Highest quality home inspector you will find. I called Rich on a Saturday afternoon in November 2015 and he agreed to do an inspection the next day (Sunday) at noon. Rich was 5 minutes early and spent over 3 hours on the property. He pointed out numerous hazards large and small and took all the time necessary to explain the appropriate fixes. "Rich was very informative and explained in detail all aspects of the house during the inspection. He took the time to explain all necessary repairs and why they would be required. He also informed me of the general construction of the home from the time era it was built, detailing potential problematic materials the house could be constructed with (in areas that we couldn't view). "As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and wanted to do some homework and choose the right home inspection. I personally found it smarter to go with an inspector that also has a background in engineering. I found a few and started making some phone calls. If you make phone calls to a few companies make sure you make an additional call to Richard at Staylor. You will notice that he is very thorough and takes his time explaining EVERYTHING to you; you can see this man knows his stuff (not to mention his prices were EXTREMELY fair!) Upon meeting and working with Richard I found him very knowledgeable, he took his time showing me and explaining everything to me, and there was no question I couldn't ask.
